We don’t stand along the wall waiting for a paid session before we step in to assist our Members. Sure, you can book a private session with Marshall or one of our associate trainers, but you can train anytime knowing guidance and motivation are there when you need it. . . . . . . . . . . Each Membership includes Marshall’s 4 x 6 Program—that’s four, six-week programs, beginning with the Foundation Program to assess and condition your body. Every 6–8 weeks, we graduate you to the next level until you complete all four programs, typically totalling 24 weeks (that’s six months of programs, included!) During that time, when we update your program, you receive appointments with a Trainer to teach you the new techniques, ensuring your safety and continued progress. . . . . . . . . . .
